I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in both outpatient mental health and hospital settings. Most recently, I have been providing individual and group therapy to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life adjustments/transitions.  I also completed additional training and hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) which specializes me to work with the prenatal and postpartum population, something I am greatly passionate in.

What is a PMH-C? The perinatal mental health certification is a credential for licensed mental health professionals who specialize in the assessment and treatment of perinatal mental health conditions, such as postpartum depression and anxiety.  It demonstrates expertise in supporting individuals and families during pregnancy and the first year after childbirth.
